Camper Van Composite Shower Box - depth 68 cm

Bathroom is one of the most challenging parts of DIY or professional van conversion. Standard bathrooms are usually assembled only as plywood boards sealed with silicone. While driving, your vehicle rattles and vibrates which sooner or later causes some leakage. That's why we came up with a solution that you can absolutely rely on. By combining aluminium framework, composite panels, three-phase insulation and special surface treatment, we have achieved a perfect result that can withstand even extreme off-road terrains. So even with 4 x 4 vans you can be sure your shower box will never leak!

This shower box was created based on our experience with behaviour of materials in the aviation industry, which sets the most strict standards and requirements for the final products. Thanks to this knowledge, we can offer a product that is resistant to deformation, vibration, cyclic stress and temperature differences. Self-supporting construction, special adhesives, sealants and anchoring elements ensure maximum resistance in the event of a traffic accident. You wont be threatened by sharp fragments in the event of an impact. Another undeniable advantage is a very low weight, thanks to which you will maintain better driving characteristics of the car. 

Dimensions are suitable for all common sizes of H2 and H3 height vans (MB Sprinter, VW LT, VW Crafter, MAN TGE, Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer, Citroën Jumper, Ford Tranzit, Iveco Daily and others). The depth and width are designed so that an adult can move comfortably inside and the box takes up as little space as possible in the motorhome at the same time. You can also instal a mobile or built-in toilet, a sink or a wall-mounted clothes dryer inside.

Composite is self-supporting, which means the walls don't need to be supported from the outside, so you can line it with really thin material. You can even just glue on some leatherette or carpet to save a few kilograms. Or you can use any other material you use in the rest of your van, in order to achieve nice and unified design. Do not forget to clean and degrease the surface first! And as always for bonding we recommend high quality sealant adhesive such as Carbond 940FC.

We also offer sliding shower door in white or silver colour or you can simply instal a curtain of your choice.
